1. Definitions
Xcommerce's Privacy Policy is designed to demonstrate the Company's commitment to the security and privacy of information collected from users of interactive services available here. Customers can visit this website and learn about the services Xcommerce offers and obtain information without providing personal information.
For purposes of this Privacy Policy, the following definitions apply:
Cookies: Files sent by the Portal server to the Visitors' computer, in order to identify the computer and obtain access data, such as pages browsed or links clicked, thus allowing to customize the Visitors' navigation on the Portal, according to their profile. User: Visitors who are logged in to the Portal system. This is a programming line in HTML pages that has the purpose of obtaining navigation details from the user such as how long the site has been open for, which address was visited next and others.
2. collection of data and information
2.1 - Data and information will be collected when Visitors/Users interact with the various features on the Portal, providing the information voluntarily, as in the "Call Center" section for example.
2.2 - The Visitors/Users are informed about which information will be collected from them before the moment of such collection, being the user responsible for choosing whether or not to provide such information and being informed about the consequences of his/her decision. 3. 3.1 - All data and information collected from visitors will be incorporated into the database of the Portal and XCO will be responsible for it. 3.2 - The data and information collected will be stored in a secure environment, observing the technical state available, and can only be accessed by qualified and authorized persons by XCO. 3.3 - Considering that no security system is absolutely safe, IBASA disclaims any liability for any damages and/or losses from failures, viruses or invasions of the database of the Portal, except in cases of intent or fault by the same. 3.4 - XCO is limited to the collection of information essential to the viability of its business.
4. Use of Data and Information
4.1 - Data and information collected from Visitors may be used for the following purposes:
a) Respond to any questions and requests from Visitors;
b) Compliance with a legal or court order;
c) Constitute, defend or regularly exercise rights in the judicial or administrative scope;
d) Prepare general statistics to identify the profile of Visitors and develop Xcommerce campaigns, but without performing personal identification;
e) Ensure the security of Visitors;
f) Keep Visitors' records updated for contact by telephone, email, SMS, direct mail or other means of communication;
g) Inform about news, promotions and events from Xcommerce and its commercial partners.
4.2 - The database collected by the Xcommerce Portal will not be shared, sold, assigned, transferred, informed or rented to third parties.
4.3 - The acquired data can only be accessed by professionals duly authorized by Xcommerce, respecting the need to which they will be submitted, the relevance to the Portal's objectives and the interests of the users, in addition to preserving the privacy of the users .
4.4 - If the User stops using the services offered by the Portal, Xcommerce may, for auditing purposes and preservation of rights, remain with the registration of his data and information, for a maximum period of 05 (five) years, with the option of definitively excluding them at your convenience.
5. Activity Log
5.1 - Xcommerce will record all activities carried out by Visitors on the Portal, through logs, including:
a) IP address of Visitors;
b) Actions taken by Visitors on the Portal;
c) Pages accessed by Visitors;
d) Dates and times of each action and access to each page of the Portal;
e) Session ID of Visitors.
5.2 - The records mentioned in item 5.1 may be used by Xcommerce in cases of investigation of fraud or undue changes in its systems and records.
6. Cookies
6.1 - The Portal may use cookies, and Visitors may configure their web browser if they wish to block them. In this case, some Portal functionalities may be limited. 6.2 - The Portal may also use web beacons to collect behavior data of page visitors, where the installation of files on visitors equipment is not necessary. 6.3 - Other technologies may be used to obtain navigation data by the user, however, they will always respect the terms of this policy and the user's options regarding its collection and storage. 7.3 - When posting information in a public area of the Xcommerce Portal, the User is aware that it will be available to other Visitors and Users of the site.
7.4 - Xcommerce cannot control the information provided by Visitors and Users on the site (customer service). Remember that any information disclosed in these areas may become public information and therefore caution and common sense is important when publishing any content.
7.5 - Unless Xcommerce receives a legal or judicial order, your information will never be transferred to third parties or used for purposes other than those for which it was collected.
7.6 - Access to the information collected is restricted only to authorized employees for the proper use of such information. Employees who misuse this information in violation of this Privacy Policy will be subject to the penalties of Xcommerce's disciplinary process. 7.6 - In order for your data to remain intact, we advise you not to share your passwords with third parties, even if they are friends or relatives.
